Whenever I feel like I am about to get sick (throat sick or whatever) I make sure to take an Emergen-C to get that vitamin C and then take a Wellness Shot to make sure I keep it moving and cleanse my throat. You can buy wellness shots at Whole Foods or make your own if you have a juicer with a red apple, lemon, ginger root, cayenne pepper and tumeric. I promise you will feel better later that day. Most importantly, when you are sick. Stay hydrated!
