Abs Are Made In The Kitchen

Coachella is less than two months away and I am not ready. Over the last two weeks, I’ve partied so hard and consumed so many drinks and just felt gross. It’s time to get back to it. So, I took some time off social media to really try to figure out what I wanted  needed to change. Aside from moving on from things that are dramatic in my life and get me off track, like boys, I opted to discover that what I really wanted was to be active, healthy and in shape. Yes, an extremely vain goal, but it’s what I want so don’t judge. I work so hard in life, that I wanted to make sure I was working hard in all areas of my life to feel satisfied.

So, I’ve changed my diet. I am not good at the whole “change it up daily” or “try new healthy things every day” mentality. I need direction. Eat this and see results. I need to know my expectations and my goals. I need it to be turnkey, so with this in mind, this is what I’ll be eating every day.

Breakfast: Eggs, Turkey Bacon, Avocado, Fruit and a Protein Shake
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Salad (Mixed Greens, a chicken breast, celery and olives with red wine vinaigrette or lemon juice) and a side of whatever I want (cheating here but a small plate)
Snack: Protein Shake
Afternoon: Chicken and Steamed Broccoli

Note: I’ve also given up coffee, soda and have limited the amounts of energy I am drinking.
