Goal for 2015: #JustDoIt – I know that’s from Nike, but there is a reason why there is such an appealing and thriving motto. People need to stop complaining and just go. No matter whether you have a gym or not, you have to find ways to stay active and healthy. Especially with such cool fashions, I really think working out has never been easier.
Some of my fitness tricks are to workout at least four times a week, making sure you do one session of cardio, two sessions of weights and one session of whatever the hell you want to do – as long as you are staying active! It’s not about losing 10pounds, it’s about putting in the effort and just doing it, over and over again.
