I’m the first to admit, I don’t enjoy working out. I mean who does? Do you enjoy dripping sweat and pushing your body to the max, so you can see results after two months. Seems like a long time to me! However, I will say that I do enjoy staying active and having a good time with family/friends. That’s my secret – have fun with your workouts, so they don’t seem like they are “work.”
Killed three birds with one stone today and went for a hike, spent time with my little cousin and busted out the new Nike gear and H&M activewear at Claremont Loop, a 5 mile hike in the hills of Claremont. Whenever you go hiking, make sure to dress in layers, as you never know how hot it will be with the altitude change. I always opt for good supporting shoes and make sure to stay hydrated. Make sure to stretch as well, it helps you from feeling sore the next day so you can keep up the workouts the following day.
