As you guys know, I travel a lot. I love exploring new cities and new destinations. However, as glamorous as that sounds – my skin always takes a toll. The different air quality, the airplane air (yuck) and the change in climate/humidity. That’s why I try as hard as possible to travel with products that keep my skin fresh and hydrated. Aside from products, I always make sure I avoid coffee, caffeine of any kind and always carry a water with me to stay hydrated. Here are some of the things I keep in my travel bag:
Shiseido Men’s Face Soap/Cleansing Foam ($20.70) – A powerful skin cleanser that tingles your skin as it cleans. I only use this when traveling because it is so powerful. Not really for every day use in my opinion.
Visine Advanced ($2 Travel Sized) – gotta keep the eyes looking clear and clean.
Kiehls Eye Alert ($22.50) – this is a must have. This keeps the bags under my eyes from appearing and fights dark circles. I use this pretty much daily.
Burt’s Bees Blemish Stick ($6.70) – also a must have. I have never in my life had something fight a pimple better than this. I put it on and the next day my zit is flattened or gone. You need this.
Kiehls Midnight Recovery Oil ($46) – they say to use this at night but I also use it during the day. It refreshed your skin and leaves it with that dewy moisturized look, which I like. Also makes my skin appear more even.
Diptyque Protective Moisturizing Lotion ($72) – this is me just being fancy. You don’t need this expensive of sunscreen, but opt for a non-sceneted sunscreen that applies well to your skin type.
Tom Ford Beard Oil ($50) – I love my Tom Ford Beard oil. It keeps my beard full, thick and maintained. Plus, when you put it on, you instantly feel more confident. It is kind of pricy but it lasts a very long time. It is so good and is my secret to keeping my beard looking on point.
Gucci Pour Homme II ($88) – my newest summer scent. I like to mix it up and keep things fresh. I combine it with my YSL L’Homme cologne, to keep people guessing what I am actually wearing.
Muji Light Toning Water ($10.50) – good base for your skin. Apply to a cotton ball and cleanse your face before applying products.
Hopefully you pick up a few of these and try them out – definitely a helpful list of product for you to take on your next travel adventure!
