One of the things that I learned is the importance of vitamins and supplements. As promised, I told you I’d keep you updated with any and all diet research and info I found out to get my body right for summer. So here’s what I take:

– Multivitamin (Centrum for Men – 1 A Day) Overall Health
– Vitamin C
– Fish Oil
– Flaxseed Oil
– Water Weight Pills (to rid of water stored in body)
– Pre-Workout Pills or Drink
